The company consists of 12 management departments, including General Manager Office, Plant Director Office, Deputy General Manager Office, Chief Engineer Office, Manufacturing Department, Technological Department, Quality Control Department, Financial Department, Domestic Trade Department,International Trade Department, Supply Department and Transportation Department.

 

           The company covers an area of 12,000 square meters, and the building area is more than 10,000 square metres. Now the company owns a staff of 105 with 16 technicians and 1 senior chief engineer, and its fixed assets have exceeded 20,000,000 yuan. The company owns 10 plastics mould processing lines of 60,000g and 10,000g, 3,000g,1800g,600g,300g,etc.,of Haitian brand,and other more than 20 pieces of assistant equipment such as Oxidation Induction tester,Melt Flow Rate tester,pressure tester,etc. The company also has a quality supervising and testing center, with a few professional engineers in pipe and ball valve designing and manufacturing.The company mainly produce Dn20-Dn630 PE pipe fittings and Can supply more than 1,500,000 pcs fittings per year.

 

           With various advanced test devices, our company carries out pressure-resistance blasting test, tensile test and melt index test, thereby ensuring product quality in the whole process from raw materials to finished products. Our electrically-melt pipes have passed the tests of National Test Center of Polymer and Chemical Building Material, with all performance indexes reaching GB15558.2/EN1555 and GB13663.2/EN12201 standards. Our products have also passed ISO9001:2000 International Quality Management System certification and the test held by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the Peoples Republic of China.

 

           The company has got "Pressure Pipe Element Production License" and the "Sanitation License" issued by General Administration of Quality Supervision and Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China and become a member unit of China Chemical Anti-corrosion Technology Association.
